Delivery & Returns

Every order ships from Sweden and is dispatched within 24 hours. All parcels are sent tracked with PostNord, so you can follow your order the whole way.

Delivery times & cost

• Sweden — 1–3 business days. Free on orders over 2 000 SEK. Below that, shipping is calculated by weight from 61 SEK.
• EU — 3–5 business days. Flat rate 199 SEK.
• Rest of world — flat rate 299 SEK.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and the free shipping threshold is applied automatically once your cart reaches 2 000 SEK.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.
• Email info@fashnluxe.se to request a return before sending anything back — parcels returned without a prior request are not accepted.
• Once your return is approved we send you a return label and instructions.
• A return fee of 99 SEK applies.

Damaged or incorrect items

Check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at info@fashnluxe.se and we will put it right.
